seni08 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if seni08 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or Your use of the Platform shall first be subject to informal resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, You waive Your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
